MyCustomerLens, the insight service custom-built for the sport & leisure industry, has expanded its senior management team with the addition of Mike Evans as Chief Technical Officer.
Evans will be responsible for building a development team to expand the software-as-a-service offering across sport and related markets.
He joins MyCustomerLens from Cohaesus in Edinburgh, where he worked as a Technical Director to turn client needs into reality. Prior to that he worked at Quorum, Ciqual, Rapid Mobile and GE. He also ran his own app development business, Dilignt Ltd.
Evans said: “I’m really excited about the potential I see in MyCustomerLens and I’m looking forward to growing the business together with Paul.
“I’ve been so impressed with what Paul has already achieved, with MyCustomerLens already differentiated and set-up perfectly to reach the market and attract business as it continues to grow.
“I feel that the technology requirements and roadmap for the company are an excellent match for my skills, and I’m eager and enthused about the challenge ahead, to be able to make a real difference to organisations trying to understand and retain their customers.”
MyCustomerLens CEO, Paul Roberts, said “I’m delighted that Mike has chosen to join MyCustomerLens.
“He has a wealth of experience in software development and data management.
“He’s also as excited as me about the potential for MyCustomerLens to transform how organisations use customer feedback to make faster, more informed decisions.
“Mike is already on board working at full speed to start turning our product roadmap into reality.”
