Co-founders Paul Roberts & Mike Evans have over 20 years experience working with sports and commercial organisations in the UK, Australia & NZ. Combining industry expertise with big data technologies, we have developed a simple and cost effective way to monitor and improve customer experiences.
Our core purpose is to inspire and enable ‘outside-in thinking’. To help our clients to succeed by:

We believe that achieving customer or revenue growth requires making faster and more informed decisions. Decisions that are informed by the ‘outside-in’ perspective of current and potential customers. We want to help all organisations to achieve the same customer-led growth being achieved by large organisations like Amazon.
Meet the team
Co-founder & CTO
Mike has 20 years commercial experience in software engineering, product architecture and design, and app development. During this time he has developed both client & consulting experience in software product delivery and IT. Mike has previous start-up experience, having founded Dilignt Ltd, mobile content management and event apps. He’s also worked at Cohaesus, Quorum, Ciqual, RapidMobile, GE, ADC.
Co-founder & CEO
Paul has 25 years commercial and sport industry experience, having worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. During this time he has developed both client & consulting experience in customer experience, business strategy and revenue growth. Paul has previous start-up experience, having been a pre-launch hire at both Surfmiles and MBNA Europe. He’s also worked for or with HSBC, Citibank, PwC Australia, SportEngland, SportNZ and several NGBs and CSPs.
